Filled with an immensely rich history dating back to 1914, Pfanner Centre was the Bishop’s House for many years.
The property then became dilapidated and renovations came into place in around 2006 / 2007. 2008 until today, it is now an office block.
Thereafter, Pfanner Centre had set a vision to strive for: To promote values of Francis Pfanner, his morals and teachings, and the spirit of the community orientated.

The office block mainly consists of NGO’s: Masithuthukisane Community Orgainisation which assist with gardening, sewing, farming and beadwork projects.The Catholic Schools Office, which assists in supporting and running workshops in the KwaZulu Natal area of Catholic Schools.

Inkanyezi, eServices Café offers an internet café

Pfanner Centre, also has a conference room which is available for hire which seats up to ± 40 seats (maximum).

Managed by Judith Figland, who also runs Mind, Body, Spirit Courses.

Francis Pfanner Centre also houses the office for Land issues relating to Mariannhill Mission Institute.
